About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly analytical and motivated Lead Data Analyst to join their growing team in Vereeniging, Gauteng . This role is pivotal in leveraging educational data to drive strategic decision-making and improve student outcomes. The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and reporting on complex datasets related to student performance, engagement, and operational efficiency. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization. This is an on-site role based in Vereeniging .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large educational datasets from various sources.
• Develop and implement robust data analysis methodologies and models to identify trends and patterns.
• Create insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements
