Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, focused on educational data or performance analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading data projects and mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities
