Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity engineering; 3+ years cloud security.
• Experience with major cloud platforms and security services.
• Strong container security knowledge (Docker/Kubernetes).
• IaC experience (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• CCSP/CCSK or AWS Security Specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead security architecture reviews and threat modeling for new cloud deployments.
• Oversee security monitoring, logging, and alerting in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with at least 3 years focused on cloud security.
• Extensive experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security services.
• Deep understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security implications.
• Proficiency in security assessment tools and techniques, including vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.
• Strong knowledge of network security, identity and access management (IAM), and data encryption.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and security automation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Cloud security certifications such as CCSK, CCSP, or relevant vendor-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations relevant to financial services.
