Placements24 is seeking a Lead Cosmetologist & Salon Manager for our flagship Cape Town location. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team of stylists and therapists, and drive service quality and client satisfaction in a luxury beauty environment.

The role demands expert cosmetology skills, strong leadership, and business acumen to manage inventory, budgets, and marketing initiatives while delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining highest brand standards.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Cosmetology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years in the beauty industry with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience managing a salon or luxury beauty establishment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of cosmetologists, therapists, and support staff.
• Manage inventory, costs, and ensure stock availability.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences through personalized service.
• Manage client appointments and handle inquiries and feedback.
