Qualifications

• Proven experience as Construction Site Manager or similar role.
• 8+ years of construction project supervision/management.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction site operations from mobilization to close-out.
• Develop and implement detailed project schedules and work plans.
