Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural practice with a strong focus on commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects.
• Proven experience in leading design teams and managing projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate development, market dynamics, and tenant requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/visualization software.
• Solid grasp of South African building codes and regulations.
