Placements24 is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across sites in Rustenburg, North West. You will manage a team, schedule work, conduct inspections, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a meticulous approach to work. You will report to the management team and drive service quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily cleaning staff in Rustenburg, North West; ensure tasks are completed to standard.
• Develop and manage cleaning schedules with adequate coverage and resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and safety compliance.
• Train new cleaning staff on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address staff or operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of attendance, work completion, and incidents.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Communicate with clients and site managers regarding requirements and service levels.
