Qualifications

• Advanced diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare, with at least 2 years in supervisory or leadership role.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and manage a stimulating learning environment.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications required.
