Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, preferably in mining/industrial chemicals.
• Proven design, optimization, scale-up and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, operation, and maintenance of mining chemical processes.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, yield, and product consistency.
• Conduct P&ID development, mass and energy balances, and simulation studies.
