Join Our Team as a Lead Business Solutions

The Manager of Business Systems Support is responsible for leading the support and maintenance of key business solutions, including ERP, Operational Technology, Enterprise Data Services, and other mission-critical systems. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring technology aligns with organizational objectives, enhances operational efficiency, and supports strategic growth initiatives. The Manager will oversee service delivery, system performance, and resource allocation to ensure high service quality, minimal downtime, and optimal use of technology. By driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration, this role contributes directly to maximizing business value from technology investments.

• Lead the support and maintenance of business solutions including ERP, Operational Technology, Enterprise Data Services, and other critical systems to drive business value, improve operational efficiency, and enable strategic growth. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives, effective utilization of technology and resources, high-quality service levels, minimal system downtime, and optimal resource utilization.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT solution design and delivery, preferably in diverse roles such as programmer, business analyst, architect, or project manager, with proven business aptitude in areas like Plant, Mining, or Business Intelligence.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, focusing on business solutions, Software Development Life Cycle, ERP systems, and operational technology.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects and programs, leading cross-functional teams, and working with business stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and systems, with experience in identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with SAP solutions, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements:

• COBIT 5 Foundation (Recommended/Desirable)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum, to be conducted by Exxaro)
