About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Business Process Engineer to join our Client Engagement Centre team. This pivotal role involves driving the transformation and optimization of our business processes, ensuring seamless integration with our technology platforms, including Salesforce. You will lead a team of Process Analysts and IMI trainees, focusing on both the "build the bank" and "run the bank" functions.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • A background in Business Process Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a business process engineer.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience, with a natural ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Experience with technology delivery and process design.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Minimum Education

  • Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
  • A degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
