About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Business Process Engineer to join our Client Engagement Centre team. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation and optimization of our business processes, ensuring seamless integration with our technology platforms, including Salesforce. You will lead a team of Process Analysts and IMI trainees, focusing on both the "build the bank" and "run the bank" functions.
