Lead Bridge Engineer

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Gauteng.

Role: Lead Bridge Engineer

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

1. B.Eng / BSc in Civil Engineering
2. Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer
3. Registration with SANRAL as a Bridge Inspector (advantageous)
4. Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Prokon, MIDAS)
5. Experience with common data environment platforms such as ProjectWise, SharePoint, and BIM360
6. Expertise in bridge engineering, project management, quality compliance, and risk management
7. Strong experience in resource planning, staff management, and quality assurance in bridge-related projects
8. Ability to align operational, tactical, and strategic plans with organizational goals and industry advancements
9. Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and brand positioning
