Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on blockchain engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
• Expertise in smart contract development (Solidity) and blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Hyperledger).
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade blockchain platforms and applications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of blockchain engineers.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for blockchain development.
