Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in bioinformatics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive experience with genomic data analysis (NGS) and associated software tools.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Perl, and experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
