Job summary

You will manage stock, control costs, ensure a clean, compliant bar, and train staff to maintain high standards. Shift-based with evenings; weekend availability required; professional presentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required or advantageous.
• Luxury hospitality bartending experience is preferred.
• Strong beverage, cocktail, wine and bar service knowledge.
• Mixology training and stock control experience advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional and well-presented appearance.
