Job Purpose:
  1. To drive growth in flow and event business activity for a specific client and/or for a portfolio of clients within a sector.
  2. To translate sector strategy into a tactical client portfolio strategy and drive its execution.
  3. To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute sector strategies, create success metrics, and lead client engagement and service teams for retention and growth.
  4. To own a sector's client relationships, anticipate challenges, coordinate solutions, and develop relationships to increase client portfolio value.
Are You Someone Who Can:
  1. Lead transactors and specialists within the cross-functional team, providing leadership and driving performance.
  2. Develop and deliver client plans aligned with sector strategy, identifying revenue growth opportunities.
  3. Manage the origination process, anticipating client needs, and proposing innovative solutions.
  4. Analyze financial and client data to identify trends and insights for decision-making and cross-selling.
  5. Identify key target clients and opportunities based on sector trends.
  6. Collaborate with business units and product teams to identify new revenue opportunities.
  7. Build and maintain deep sector and client ecosystem insights.
  8. Establish relationships with product/solution partners to enhance client service.
  9. Apply a customer-centric approach to maximize service and product offerings.
  10. Seek innovative solutions to client needs and implement strategies accordingly.
  11. Manage teams to meet performance targets and human capital objectives.
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You:
  1. Have an undergraduate degree (minimum); postgraduate qualifications preferred.
  2. Have 8-10 years of Investment Banking or Coverage experience.
  3. Can engage at a C-suite level, building trust and strategic relationships.
  4. Possess strong structuring abilities and a deep understanding of risk.
  5. Have experience managing teams and stakeholders within the bank.
  6. Are driven to build and grow new business with RMB.
