Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in aviation accident/incident investigation.
• Knowledge of ICAO Annex 13 and international investigation standards (e.g., NTSB).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex aviation accident and incident investigations from start to final report.
• Collect, preserve, and analyze evidence including FDR/CVR and wreckage.
• Conduct witness interviews with crew and relevant personnel.
• Reconstruct accident sequences and analyze contributing factors.
• Prepare detailed factual and analytical reports with findings and safety recommendations.
• Present findings to stakeholders and regulators.
• Mentor junior investigators and liaise with international bodies.
• Stay current with investigation techniques and safety trends.
• Travel extensively for deployments.
