Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Workshop Manager or in a senior supervisory role within the automotive service industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive repair techniques, diagnostics, and industry best practices.
• Experience with workshop management software and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
