Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an automotive electrician, with focus on hybrid/electric systems.
• Advanced certifications in automotive electronics and high-voltage systems.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of automotive electricians and technicians.
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical/electronic faults in hybrid/electric powertrains.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage systems.
• Develop standardized diagnostic procedures for electrical/hybrid systems.
• Troubleshoot CAN bus networks, ECUs, sensors and actuators.
• Ensure safety regulations for high-voltage and battery handling.
• Stay updated on new hybrid/EV tech and assess applications.
• Manage workshop resources and workflow for the electrical/hybrid department.
