The role requires extensive hands-on expertise, leadership ability, and a strong grasp of CAN/LIN networks and EV powertrains, with a focus on ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Automotive Electrician/Technician with leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to supervise a technical team and mentor staff.
• Deep knowledge of automotive electrical architecture, CAN/LIN bus, and ADAS.
• Experience with engine management, EV/Hybrid powertrains, and advanced diagnostics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of automotive electricians and technicians, providing technical guidance.
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and electronic systems (ECUs, infotainment, sensors, ADAS).
• Calibrate ADAS and diagnose using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Develop best practices for electrical repairs and diagnostics; ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with service advisors for accurate repair estimates.
• Maintain organized workshop and keep tools/equipment in good condition.
