Qualifications

• Professional Architecture degree and SACAP registration.
• Minimum 12 years of architectural experience with 5+ years in sustainable design leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in green building principles and certifications.
• Proficiency in Revit, energy modeling software and performance analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of sustainable projects from concept to completion.
• Incorporate passive design, energy efficiency and material sustainability principles.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for green initiatives.
• Collaborate with consultants to optimize performance and certifications (e.g., Green Star).
• Mentor junior staff on sustainable design strategies and practices.
• Stay updated on emerging sustainable technologies and regulations.
