Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aircraft avionics systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead engineer role.
• Proven expertise in designing, integrating, and testing complex avionics systems for commercial or military aircraft.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards ("e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, ARINC standards") and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink), modeling languages, and systems engineering software.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly desirable.
