Responsibilities:

1. Lead the AI product division, setting the strategic direction and vision for AI-powered products and solutions.
2. Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms that drive business growth and innovation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and develop strategic plans to execute on these opportunities.
4. Develop and manage a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in AI products and solutions.
6. Work closely with product managers to develop AI-powered product roadmaps and prioritize features and requirements.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams.
8. Communicate complex AI concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and product managers.
9. Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines for AI product development.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a focus on product development and deployment.
3. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful AI projects.
4. Strong background in AI, machine learning, and data science, with expertise in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, or recommender systems.
5. Experience with AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
6. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
7. Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
