Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in CS/Engineering with AI/ML focus.
• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Python and major AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of scalable AI/ML systems from conception to production.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and identifying new opportunities for AI application.
• Oversee the implementation of MLOps practices for robust deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.
