About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical advice to farm managers and staff on the adoption and effective use of sustainable agricultural technologies and practices.
• Monitor environmental impact metrics and work towards reducing the farm's ecological footprint.
• Analyze crop performance data, soil conditions, and environmental factors to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with research institutions, government agencies, and industry partners to stay at the forefront of sustainable agriculture.
• Train and mentor farm personnel on sustainable agronomic principles and practices relevant to Rustenburg.

Requirements
