Placements24 in Midrand is seeking an experienced Lead Aesthetician & Skincare Specialist to oversee the aesthetic services department, uphold client care standards, and contribute to salon success.

You will lead and mentor staff, perform advanced skincare treatments, conduct skin analyses, educate clients on home care, manage appointments and records, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Somatology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years as a practicing aesthetician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Proficiency in a wide range of modern aesthetic treatments and technologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments such as facials, peels, microdermabrasion and LED therapy.
