JOB TITLE: LCS PROJECT COORDINATOR, CENTURION, GAUTENG

We are seeking an LCS Project Coordinator to join the LCS our team. This position is responsible for managing the administrative and project workflow on Life Cycle Services (LCS) projects.

In this position, you will report to the LCS Contracts Manager – Africa

This position is mainly located in Centurion, Gauteng.

TEAM YOU WILL BELONG TO

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as LCS project and Contract Managers, customers / suppliers, sales / service staff and various departments

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Monitoring daily progress of projects and organizing the project schedule and budget
  • Handle financial documents and planning
  • Creating and reviewing of reports
  • Oversee project procurement management and undertaking project tasks as required
  • Communicate project status updates to Stakeholders
  • Project Schedules and budget Management
  • Creating quotations and orders
  • Coordinate and maintain team members schedules and overseeing certain aspects of the project
  • Other daily operations activities
  • Thorough Project documentation

PERFORMANCE & OPERATIONAL METRICS

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project
  • Track project changes and produce updated site-based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management
  • Meet with the project team, ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Manage customer relationships, relaying information between the project management and client
  • Prepare budgetary and progress reports
  • Respond effectively and efficiently to internal and customer enquiries including queries relating to orders and/or returns and escalate queries where required
  • Take orders from customers and input orders and related information into the organization's ordering system
  • Follow up all enquiries, prepare proposals where necessary and facilitate product demonstrations with potential clients
  • Liaise with sales representatives and operations to determine order status and track and maintain delivery timescales to ensure timely delivery of order to customers
  • Prepare and administer commercial documentation such as contracts and service agreements

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Certificate in Procurement or Supply Chain
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
  • Exposure to the customer service industry (Sales / Service)
  • Word / Excel / Outlook (advanced) proficiency is required
  • SAP Fluent

  • Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several projects at one time, and (organizing, prioritizing tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills,
  • Strong communication skills, drive and performance orientation
