Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12; Diploma or degree in logistics or related field is advantageous.
• Minimum 2–5 years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or LCL operations.
• Experience coordinating import/export shipments.
• Knowledge of shipping lines, transport providers, customs processes, and documentation.
• Ocean freight and LCL experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end LCL shipments from booking to delivery.
• Coordinate cargo handling, consolidation, customs release, and delivery.
• Prepare and review shipping documents and ensure compliance.
• Provide proactive shipment updates and respond to queries.
• Support billing, costing, and KPI reporting.
