What You’ll Be Responsible For:

1. Leading the laundry team alongside the Laundry Manager
2. Ensuring prompt and top-quality processing of hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry
3. Coordinating laundry admin, scheduling, and team rosters
4. Enforcing laundry SOPs to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
5. Supporting smooth day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement

Who We’re Looking For:

1. You’ve got Matric/Grade 11 and willingness to complete Matric and at least 2 years’ solid experience in a similar supervisory role at a busy, upmarket hotel
2. You know your way around commercial laundry equipment and tech
3. You're tech-comfortable – experience with MS 365 is a plus
4. You're flexible with shifts and can keep a cool head under pressure
