Trading Hours & Shifts

1. Monday - Wednesday: 08:00 - 18:00 (8-hour shift)
2. Thursday & Friday: 08:00 - 19:00 (8-hour shift)
3. Alternating Saturday: 08:00 - 15:00

Closed on all major public holidays. Business closure over Christmas & New Year for all employees.

• R8,000 basic per month
• Service Commission
• Retail Commission
• Excellent earning potential

Minimum Requirements

• CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
• Diploma in Health & Skin Care / Somatology
• Laser HR & SR trained / experienced
• Bonus: Dermal Aesthetics (not minimum requirement but a plus)

Personal Qualities & Experience

• Well-groomed, manicured, professional appearance
• Confident and knowledgeable in advanced skincare and ingredients
• Computer literate
• Ability to work independently with a small team and manage own clientele
• Reliable, accountable, self-disciplined
• Mature with a proven employment history in aesthetics
• Minimum 4+ years post-grad experience as a Skin Care Therapist in high-end salons or aesthetic clinics
• Experience with active ingredients, aesthetic devices, and advanced treatments
• Experience with laser hair removal & skin rejuvenation
• Ability to perform standard beauty services (waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, massage, etc.)
