We are currently recruiting for the following key roles:
- Landscape Architect
- Irrigation Designer

You will play a critical role in creating immersive outdoor environments that reflect luxury, sustainability, and seamless integration with the natural terrain.
Landscape Architect Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the concept development and master planning of the resort’s landscape, integrating the natural surroundings with luxury outdoor spaces.
- Conduct detailed site analysis of terrain, soil, climate, and native flora to inform sustainable and functional designs.
- Implement sustainable design strategies, focusing on water conservation, xeriscaping, and innovative shading solutions.
- Enhance the guest experience with thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, blending aesthetics and functionality.
- Design hardscape and outdoor amenities, such as pathways, lounging areas, pools, and fire pits, ensuring alignment with the resort’s luxury theme.
- Develop and implement sustainable irrigation solutions, incorporating water-saving techniques like greywater recycling and drought-resistant planting.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and interior designers to ensure a cohesive design vision.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or arid-region landscape projects.
- Expertise in arid climate landscaping, native plant species, and sustainable water management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, Rhino, or similar design software.
- Strong project management skills, including budget control and construction coordination.
- Creative vision and ability to design breath-taking outdoor experiences in challenging environments.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience with luxury hospitality or resort projects, especially in desert environments.
- Experience with BIM integration and GIS mapping for landscape planning is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Irrigation Designer Key Responsibilities:
- Design custom irrigation solutions tailored for desert conditions, including drip irrigation, subsurface irrigation, and smart sprinkler systems.
- Develop and implement water-efficient networks, integrating the latest irrigation technologies such as automated controllers, remote monitoring, and moisture sensors.
- Supervise installation and commissioning of irrigation infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local environmental regulations and water conservation standards.
- Collaborate with landscape architects, horticulturists, and sustainability teams to optimise water use and ensure system efficiency.
- Conduct on-site performance evaluations and provide training for maintenance staff on irrigation operations.
- Implement greywater recycling, desalinated water integration, and advanced water-saving techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Irrigation Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Water Resources Management.
- 5+ years of experience in irrigation design and execution, particularly in arid and desert environments.
- Proficiency in smart irrigation systems (IoT-based controllers, AI-driven scheduling, automated sensors).
- Experience with desert soil conditions, native plants, and water-efficient landscaping.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and hydraulic modelling tools.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on luxury resorts, golf courses, or high-end landscaping projects.
- Knowledge of xeriscaping, saline water irrigation, and erosion control in desert landscapes.
- Certification in Certified Irrigation Designer (CID), LEED, or Water Management is an advantage.
