Job Description

We currently have 2 exciting positions available for Labour Law Consultants, to be based at our office in Rosebank. You are responsible for inclusive of, but not limited to:

  1. Retaining all clients as well as servicing clients in terms of all Labour Law issues. All clients are contacted as per schedule.
  2. Chairing of disciplinary inquiries.
  3. Drafting of judgments for clients.
  4. Assisting with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance.
  5. Drafting and implementing of policies.
  6. Managing more complex issues like Strike Management.

Package & Remuneration

Qualifications

You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

  1. 3 years B. Degree or equivalent in HR / IR / LLB or related field.
  2. More than 1 year's experience in Industrial Relations.
  3. Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of labour law.
  4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  5. Must be able to effectively function within a pressurised and fast-paced environment.
  6. Valid driver's license and own vehicle is essential.
