About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a range of wet and dry laboratory tests in accordance with established quality standards, customer-specific requirements, and testing procedures. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, consistency, and compliance while also supporting the development and evaluation of new formulations.

Key Responsibilities

• SHE: - Conduct continuous Risk Assessments in the workplace - Conduct Planned Task Observations in the workplace - Identify potential hazards and critical safety issues in the workplace - Address workplace hazards and risks - Apply safety, health and environment practices and legal requirements when working on machines and equipment - Quality Management Systems: - Comply with the requirements of the Technical Development Quality Systems
