In this role you will :

  1. Provide administrative support to the HC Executive and HC Team.
  2. Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and training initiatives, and handle bookings and travel arrangements.
  3. Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
  4. Process invoices.
  5. Coordinate training and development activities, including registration and venue booking.
  6. Maintain accurate records and databases.
  7. Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry.
  8. Develop and maintain effective physical and digital filing systems.
  9. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  10. Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

You should consider applying if you have :

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or related areas.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
