We have a broad range of expertise and experience with specialists in Recruitment, Organisation Development, Reward, Benefits, Payroll, Projects and Human Capital Business Partnering. In this role you will:
- Provide administrative support to the HC Executive and HC Team.
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and training initiatives, and make bookings/travel arrangements.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Process invoices.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including registration and venue booking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry.
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
You should consider applying if you have:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
