Job description

Perform main laboratory analyst functions in measuring pulp quality, raw materials quality, and printing quality, providing feedback on testing and findings.

Analyze data, interpret results, and record quality data accurately.

Update systems, procedures, and calibrate equipment in accordance with statutory requirements.

Prepare documentation and systems for audits.

Investigate customer complaints, measure issues, and provide feedback.

Generate information for reports.

Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and ISO standards.

Maintain compliance certificates as part of your role.

Your profile:

• Minimum qualification is Matric with Maths and Science.
• Tertiary qualification in Industrial / Analytical Chemistry is advantageous.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in pulp and paper analysis and testing within a laboratory environment in the pulp and paper industry.
