Purpose of Position :

• To provide clients with efficient and professional service. To coordinate the workflow of specimens to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements :

• Grade 12 (Required), with subjects including English, Biology (Life Sciences), and Mathematics.
• HPCSA Registration in the relevant register and practice field.

Required Experience :

• Experience in a pathology laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of the Human Tissue Act, Meditech system, MS Excel, MS Word, Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), and Ampath Safety, Health, and Environment management policy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure documentation accuracy and accessibility.
• Perform logging tasks to maintain accurate records and documentation.
