Job description

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Food Science.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct experimental plans, including execution, planning, and report writing; develop SOPs and perform repetitive sample analyses and practical trials.
2. Prepare and receive samples for analytical testing.
3. Execute analytical testing with precision and interpret results.
4. Prepare samples for pilot plant trials and assist with these trials, reporting results as required.
5. Assist in developing SOPs for lab and product analyses.
6. Prepare samples for external testing as needed.
7. Execute experimental plans for product development using test equipment.
8. Report findings and communicate outcomes to the R&D lab manager.
9. Research and evaluate raw materials, both new and current.
10. Assist in producing raw materials in pilot or commercial factories.
11. Maintain a database of analytical findings.
