You’ll provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and administration for Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments. This is an onsite role based in Observatory, requiring regular interaction with clients. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are essential for occasional site visits. Experience in an MSP (Managed Services Provider) environment is required.
