Job summary

Job Specification (not totally inclusive)
  • Recording training plans and schedules for JGA.
  • Maintaining records of all attendees and training evaluation results.
  • Linking employees to career paths and TNAs.
  • Processing bursaries and submitting information to relevant institutions.
  • Preparing quarterly training reports as input to the ATR.
  • Coordinating and maintaining all information related to the Induction programme.
  • Maintaining adequate Learning Centre Resources.
  • Ensuring training rooms are clean and furniture is prepared for training.
  • Tracking all training expenditures and ensuring they are within budget.
  • Administering payment of all training-related accounts.
  • Creating Purchase Orders in SAP.
Minimum Skills Required
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • A qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • ETDP certificate is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of Learning and Development administration experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP / R3 is required.
  • Computer literate with solid skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization.
