Driving Sales and Operational Excellence

• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure every team member contributes to store targets

• Ensure compliance with in-store controls, visual merchandising standards, and premium store presentation
• Use key retail disciplines to manage store operations efficiently

What It Takes to Succeed :

Experience that Set You Up for Success :

• Minimum of 5 years’ retail experience
• At least 12 – 18 months of management experience in a retail environment
• A deep understanding of the retail landscape, including brand positioning and customer engagement

Qualifications & Certifications that Will Contribute to Your Success :

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• Tertiary Retail Qualification (advantageous)

Additional Requirements that Will Enhance Your Impact for Success :

• Knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) laws and ability to initiate enquiries
