Job summary

Adfusion Contract Management Services (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure daily KPI targets are met and quality standards maintained in the production environment in Cape Town.

You will manage staffing, ensure packing standards and timely production progress reports every 2 hours, and coordinate with dispatch and other departments to maintain service delivery. 2-3 years supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a Logistics/Manufacturing/Distribution/TES or Facilities Management environment.
• Min 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Case per hour at 180 cases and packing standards are achieved.
• Maintain efficiency percentages and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare production progress reports every 2 hours and ensure service delivery to Dispatch and other departments.
• Allocate work resources for efficient production and ensure Receipt To Put away ≤ 3 hours.
• Plan life cycle ≤ 4 hours and supervise staff day-to-day.
