Job summary

The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts is seeking a Kitchen Sculler to keep the kitchen clean, well-maintained and organized at all times, in line with hygiene standards and health and safety policies.

You will maintain clean inventory, support a smooth workflow, work shifts, and demonstrate honesty, attention to detail, presentable appearance and interpersonal skills in a team that values respect.

DESCRIPTION

The Kitchen Sculler is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is clean, well-maintained and organized at all times. He/she will maintain a proper level of clean inventory with a high standard of cleanliness according to the Hygiene Standard and in line with general Health and Safety practices, as per The Capital Hotel Group Policy

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
