As our casual Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting our Kennels Kitchen team.

Your responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of all kitchen areas and equipment. You will help ensure high standards of service and assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen at the Kennels.

Basic hourly rate: £11.44, plus holiday allowance = £12.82

Key responsibilities

1. Follow cleaning schedules for the kitchen and clean designated sections and other areas as directed.
2. Ensure all kitchenware is cleaned and well-maintained, including the appropriate use of PPE and chemicals.
3. Report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef immediately.
4. Comply with all Goodwood policies and procedures to observe statutory regulations.
5. Adhere to the food hygiene policy conditions.
6. Be flexible and willing to assist other departments during busy times.
7. Complete COSHH & HACCP training as required.
