Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at RGC located in Western Cape, South Africa. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, food management, food quality control, and culinary management on a day-to-day basis.

  • Food & Beverage management
  • Food Quality control
  • Culinary Management skills
  • Experience in kitchen operations and management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus
