The Sales Consultant focuses on offering superior customer service to all customers, emphasizing selling and up-selling products and ensuring a seamless 'Customer Journey'. A key focus of this role is to reach sales targets and resolve customer queries through product knowledge, research, and troubleshooting.
The Sales Consultant is responsible for the safe keeping of all company property and assets, facilitating stock control, processing sales, handling cash, and following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, emphasizing selling and up-selling products.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ensuring the safe keeping of all company property at the kiosks/workstation, including computers, laptops, phones, stock, money, equipment, and related resources.
Adhering to all point of sale (POS) procedures in line with the company's standard operating procedures.
Facilitating stock control processes, including replenishing stock, conducting stock takes, ensuring safe keeping of stock, preventing stock damage/loss/theft, managing interbranch transfers (IBT), and receiving stock deliveries.
Handling cash and card sales, processing sales, banking, conducting cash-ups, and managing the float.
Demonstrating knowledge of the brand, products, services, policies, procedures, and company ethos.
Maintaining the general housekeeping of the kiosk, ensuring it represents the company's professionalism, product quality, and customer care.
