RPO Recruitments client, a reputable Civil Engineering Construction Company, is looking for a skilled Key Stock Manager to join their team in Gauteng.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain accurate stock inventory levels
2. Monitor stock movement, analyze trends, and make forecasting decisions
3. Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and other teams to ensure efficient stock management
4. Implement and develop stock control policies and procedures
5. Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
6. Create and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize stock levels
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to stock management
8. Train and supervise stock control staff

Requirements

1. Code B license
2. At least 5 years of experience in a related role
3. In-depth knowledge of the plant hire industry
4. Knowledge of plant equipment, including operation, maintenance, and safety requirements (advantageous)
5. Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Salary: Negotiable
