Key Accounts Team Manager

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and solutions-oriented KEY ACCOUNTS TEAM MANAGER.

As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a professional and experienced Key Accounts Team Manager to join our dynamic and growing organization.

General Responsibilities, Duties and Undertakings:

1. Leading and managing a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure they are meeting performance targets and delivering excellent customer service.
2. Coaching and performance management of team members.
3. Motivation of the team.
4. Promote diversity within the team.
5. Assist team members with escalated queries and on-the-floor queries.
6. Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures.
7. Escalate any IT-related issues.
8. Deal with escalated customer complaints.
9. Ensure that customers are serviced within the turnaround times.
10. Drive company's culture and initiatives.
11. Developing and implementing procedures for effective communication and coordination among team members.

Qualifications:

1. Matric.
2. R.E, Class of Business and Full qualification would be beneficial, and any other relevant fit and proper requirements related to the role.
3. Team Management experience would be beneficial.

Skills:

1. In-depth knowledge of short-term insurance products and principles.
2. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and give feedback to internal stakeholders.
4. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
7. A proactive and positive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and procedures.
8. Visionary Leadership skills and Team Management.
