Job summary

A reputable company in Cape Town is seeking an Accounts Officer to manage project coordination and support staff. Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar industry and/or role.

  • Preferred: Experience in training industry.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with functional support teams adhering to service level agreements.
  • Manage, mentor, and support Project Coordinators and other staff.
  • Compile project plans with Project Manager and ensure high standards in delivery.

Job description

Manpower are working closely with this reputable company based in Cape Town who have gone to market for an Accounts Officer on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with functional support teams and adhere to service level agreements as well as manage, mentor and support Project Coordinators, Facilitators, Assessors and Internal Moderators in a professional and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Adherent to the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure Facilitator, Assessor and Mentor orientation takes place on all new projects and accredited programmes; thus, ensuring that the scope of work is understood and delivery for each project is completed timeously
  • Compile project plan with Project Manager
  • Ensure high standards in the commencement, delivery and success of all training
  • Ensure that all project policies and processes are always adhered to
  • Draw up a training schedule in consultation with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the schedule meets all agreed objectives
  • Maintain the high standards of the Company
  • Perform any other reasonable request as directed by Senior Management
  • Update changes made to projects as and when instructed by Project Manager

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric
  • NQF level 6 qualification in Project Management or a similar field
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar industry and / or role
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Advanced)
  • Preferred requirements:
  • Experience working in the training industry
  • Previous experience in learnership recruitment
  • Previous experience in recruitment of disabled candidates
